JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the demand raised by registered notice issued as per Ext.P1. The petitioners contention is that recovery proceedings are sought to be initiated without reference to the Limitation Act. It is to be noticed that the petitioners are now, aggrieved only with the notice and if limitation is to be raised, the petitioners, have to necessarily raise such a contention before the authorities. Leaving open the liberty to do so, the writ petition is closed.
