Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the respondent is complied with the order of this Court dated 12.09.2016, made in W.M.P.(MD) No.12525 of 2016 in W.P.(MD) No.17248 of 2016 in full. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent namely Joint Director, Kallar Reclamation, Madurai in e.f.vz;.vr.;2/56412/2012-02> dated 02.06.2017.
