Section 407(1) Cr.P.C. to pass an order that the Calendar Case Nos.28 and 29 of 2013 on the file of Fast Track Judge, Srivilliputhur for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, be transferred to the file of learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, or any other Metropolitan Court at Chennai having territorial jurisdiction for trial.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Crl.O.P.
2. In view of the same, the present criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
