The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of an application for injunction in a suit for declaration and injunction. The petitioner is aggrieved by the continuance of the disciplinary proceedings after retirement even during the pendency of the application for injunction. 2. I direct the court of the Principal Munsiff of Ernakulam to dispose of I.A.No.1403/2014 in O.S.No.185/2014 on its file at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon before 30.6.2014 in the circumstances. I hasten to add that the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner can continue which however will be subject to the final orders on the application for temporary injunction.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
