Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this court on the allegation that threat is being caused by the party respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim order passed by this court, on 01.11.2012 there was a direction to the police to ensure that no threat is being caused by Ollur Meghala Cement Kayattirakku Samyuktha Samara Samithi.
3. Having regard to the fact that complaint has already taken care of, we do not think it necessary to continue the writ petition. Accordingly we close the writ petition, however observing that if there is any further cause of action, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach again, in accordance with law.
