The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of Exts.P1 to P6 applications filed for registration of own employees as the loading and unloading workers under Rule 26A of the Kerala Headload Workers Rules, 1981. The only prayer is that the application may be considered. 2. The additional 2nd respondent appeared though the Standing Counsel, contends that they also may be heard while applications are considered. In such circumstance, the first respondent is directed to consider the application within a period of one month from today.
Writ petition is disposed of.
