JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers. “ 1. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order of regularisation of overdraft facility or permit the petitioner to sell a portion of secured asset and close the loan account within 8 months.
2. Issue such other appropriate writ or order which deemed just and necessary on the facts and circumstances of the case. ”
2. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits on instructions that the petitioner has submitted a proposal to liquidate the liability in a phased manner and, after considering the viability and such other aspects, the Bank has approved the same; adding that formal orders are being issued in this regard.
In the above circumstance, this Court finds that no further orders are necessary. The writ petition stands closed accordingly.
