JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33944 of 2012 dated 19.12.2012, has been complied with. In this regard the Government issue order in letter No.2261/E5/2013-2 dated 29.10.2013.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
