JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief: “ Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext. P2 and P3 reports and grant permission to remove surface sand from the petitioner's property as recommended in Exts. P2 and P3.”
2. This Court had already passed an interim order on 6.2.2014, which reads as under:
“There will be an interim order directing the first respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner before the second respondent for permission to remove soil from his paddy lands situate in Sy. Nos. 200/1, 206 and 198/1 of Nenmeni Village, Sulthan Batheri Taluk, Wayanad District in the light of the report submitted by the Village Officer/Tahsildar and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously and in any event within an outer limit of two weeks from the date on which the petitioner produces a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition complete in all aspects before him.”
3. In view of the fact that necessary directions had already been granted by this Court as per the interim order, I do not think that any further directions are required. The respondents are directed to comply with the interim W.P(C) No. 30580 of 2013 -: 2 :-
directions and intimate the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
