JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner school has come up before this Court for a direction to the respondents to conduct the examination of the students who are pursuing the course in the 4th standard to the 5th standard by issuing transfer certificates.
2. This Court by interim order dated 18.3.2011 permitted the petitioner to approach the second respondent with a representation and the second respondent was directed to make necessary arrangements for the conduct of the examination in any nearby schools so that the students of the petitioner school would be able to get transfer certificates for joining any other schools in the succeeding year.
3. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above interim order has been complied with.

As the very purpose sought to be achieved by filing this writ petition has been served, the writ petition is closed without going into the merits making it clear that the petitioner school shall continue to have the benefit of the interim order already passed.
