JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has filed Ext. P1 representation to the 1st respondent inter alia indicating that his residence is within 100 meters from the quarry site, which is permitted to be operated by the 1st respondent . 2. Since the request of the petitioner is only consideration of the representation, I do not think that notice is to be issued to the party respondents.
Under these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider Ext. P1 and intimate the petitioner about the outcome of the said enquiry.
