This case was included in the disposal list and posted on 11/03/2014. On that day the learned counsel for the appellants sought for time and again it was posted to 17/03/2014. On that day also the learned counsel for the appellants sought for time. Again this case was posted to 18/03/2014 and the appellants were directed to produce a readable copy of the judgment passed by the lower court within one week. Though the learned counsel submits that the typed copy was produced day before yesterday, the same is not available before the bench. Today also, the learned counsel for the appellants prays for time. Going by the proceedings I find that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter properly. I am not inclined to R.S.A.
