This appeal is preferred by the plaintiff in O.S. No.74 of 2006 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Thalassery.
2. O.S. No.74 of 2006 is a suit instituted for partition of the plaint schedule properties. The court below as per the decree impugned in this appeal dismissed the suit.
3. In this appeal, the parties have filed I.A No.2502 of 2014 stating inter alia that the matter has been compromised among them and the appellant/plaintiff has been given a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- in lieu of her share in the plaint schedule properties in the suit.
In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the suit, O.S. No.74 of 2006 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Thalassery is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
