Petitioner challenged the recovery proceedings initiated and an interim stay was granted on 29.10.2009 directing payment of Rs.75,000/-. An amount of Rs.50,000/- was paid and the petitioner was again before this Court and this Court, by order dated 1.12.2009, granted two more weeks to pay the balance amount of Rs.25,000/-. The said order has not been complied with. In such circumstances, the question of granting further extension does not arise. Writ petition is dismissed.
