The Kerala Co-operative Employees Pension Board, Trivandrum submits that, the entire amounts with respect to the petitioners have been transferred to the Employer Bank, who will have to make the transfer to the Employees Provident Fund Organization. Hence, the Contempt of Court case is closed.
