The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the order dated 09.04.2012 in W.P.No.2198 of 2007 passed by this Court, has been complied with. In this regard, the 3rd respondent, District Educational Officer, Periyakulam, has already been passed an order in Na.Ka.No.1809/A1/2012, dated 26.08.2014.
