The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to number the original application received by the respondent on 23.12.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has taken necessary steps to number the Original Application and that it will be numbered within 15 days.
