JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the judgment being passed today.
2. Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction compelling respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner to settle the civil dispute in connection with the alleged money transaction between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that police authorities, after verifying the facts and allegations, came to know that the dispute between the parties is with regard to a financial transaction in which police authorities have no role to pay. It is submitted that no further action has been taken by the police authorities in the matter. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the mobile phone of the petitioner, which is lying in the police station, can be collected by him.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed.
