Exts. P1 to P3 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner against which the petitioner filed Exts.P4 to P6 appeals and Exts.P7 to P9 stay petitions. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent, Ext.P10 demand notice has been issued against the petitioner. It is in this context, the writ petition is filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider Exts.P7 to P9 stay petitions within a period of one month from today and in the meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P10 demand notice shall be WP(C).14584/14 2 kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
