The petitioner submits that he has surrendered the bunk to the Municipality. The petitioner has another grievance that he has been discriminated in the matter of collecting security deposit. This Court in the judgment itself has given liberty to the petitioner to challenge any demand of security deposit. In view of the liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to challenge by a separate writ petition, I do not find any reason to review the judgment. Accordingly, this Review Petition is disposed of.
