Petitioner approached this Court seeking participation in the election, since the first respondent was refusing to accept the share amounts. By Ext.P1, the petitioner was granted affiliation in the first respondent. Despite affiliation, the question of participation in the election arise on the ground that the share value was not paid up fully. There was an interim order on 23.1.2013 to include the name of the petitioner in the final voters' list. The counsel for the first respondent submits that the bank is ready to accept the share value now. Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition would stand closed.
