Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 07-08-2013, in WP.No.21960 of 2013, by the respondents.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Area) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have complied with the aforesaid order of this Court by conducting survey of the petitioner’s land and communicating the survey report to the petitioner.
Mr.K.Sitaram, learned Counsel representing Mr.S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has accepted the submission of the learned Government Pleader. He has, however, stated that as the survey report showed that the third party is in encroachment of a part of the petitioner’s land, the latter may be given liberty to pursue his remedies for recovering possession thereof.
In view of admitted implementation of the order of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. Contemnors are discharged from the Contempt proceedings.
