This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.619 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017 to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur to the credit of Cr.No.65 of 2017.

The learned counsel for the petiitoner submitted that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, by Order dated 10.04.2017 in R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr Crl.M.P.No.619 of 2017, while granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, imposed one of the conditions to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur to the credit of Cr.No.65 of 2017.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.619 of 2017 is modifed to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Harur to the credit of Cr.No.65 of 2017. The other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri shall stand unaltered. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
