Heard Mr. Pandya, learned Advocate for the applicant. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the applicant and considering the fact that the learned Advocate for the other side has no objection, the relief prayed for in the application is granted. The office is directed to restore to original file Company Petition No.3 of 2006 and thereafter the petition may be listed for hearing before the appropriate Court in due course. The application is accordingly allowed.
