Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole, in issuing the proceeding in Rc.No. 2813/2014-B, dt. 15-
07-2014, suspending the authorization of the petitioner in respect of F.P. Shop No. 26 of Dechavaram Village, Nekarikallu Mandal, Guntur District, and F.P. Shop No.2 of Nekarikallu Village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Control Orders, violative of principles of natural justice and unjust, to set aside the same and consequently, to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue to distribute the essential commodities as usual.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before this Court the proceeding in Rc.No.2813/2014-B, dated 17-11-2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization on certain conditions.
In view of the above, no further adjudication of this Writ Petition is needed and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.43828 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
