HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3688 OF 2014 This revision petition is filed seeking direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit O.S.No.19 of 2005 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar.
2. No direction can be issued to advance the date of hearing or to dispose of the suit within the time frame. Since the suit is of the year 2005, petitioner can make a request to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit and the same shall be considered by the trial Court.
