(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 12 days caused in filing the above mentioned O.J. Appeal (St) No. 248 of 2012 in Company Petition No. 503 of 2011.
We have heard the learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties.
3 Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the aforesaid O.J. Appeal has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing the aforesaid O.J. Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 12 days caused in filing the aforesaid O.J. Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
