Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the impugned Memo No.CS6/388/2014-4 dt. 11-12-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent directing to produce bank guarantee for an amount of Rs.1,01,500/- for release of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.AP-23-Y-5268 without there being any fault on the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently, to set aside the same insofar as furnishing the bank guarantee is concerned.”
At the hearing, Mr. M. Bhushan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49629 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
