O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 to complete the enquiry and submit a report to the first respondent to enable the first respondent for taking necessary action against the 7th respondent in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition the enquiry was completed and a report was submitted to the first respondent and that no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
