THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Sri Chandrashekar C., learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed praying for early disposal of P.Misc.No.22/2015 initiated by the petitioner before the trial Court. He further submits that the report of the Commissioner called for in the aforesaid P.Misc. proceedings is also received before the trial Court.
2. In view of the relief sought for, notice to the respondents is not necessary and the same is accordingly dispensed with.
3. In the circumstances, keeping in view the age of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to expedite hearing of the aforesaid proceedings in P.Misc.No.22/2015 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
No costs.
