2. Petitioners in this writ petition sought relief against interference by respondents with respect to their respective house properties bearing H.No.1-8 and H.No.1-9 respectively in Sy.No.210/5 and 210/6, Ahobilam village & Post, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool District.
3. Petitioners have now filed the aforesaid application, being WPMP.No.32411 of 2014, to receive additional material papers, along with an affidavit, which states in para 3 as under:
“3. I submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the temple authorities have come forward to resume the subject lands (as the subject lands are situated adjacent to the Ahobilam Narasimha Swamy Temple) with the proposal of allotting alternative lands to the petitioners and authorized Ahobilam Matham which is integral part of the temple to process the allotment of alternative sites to the petitioners. In this regard, the Ahobilam Matham had allotted lands/plots to the petitioners and paid some amounts to raise huts in the allotted land/plot. The Ahboliam Matham also undertook to take steps for getting the allotted land/plot be regularized in the name of the petitioners with the help revenue authorities.
I submit that the petitioners have been put in possession of the above allotted plot by the Ahobilam Matham authorities and they have raised huts with the money given by the authorities. The petitioners have vacated their respective premises which is the subject matter of the present writ petition and the temple authorities have taken the vacant possession of the said premises. The affidavits of the petitioners are filed herewith for the ready reference of this Hon’ble Court.”
4. Since the petitioners have vacated the premises, which are subject matter of the writ petition, in terms of the averments of the affidavit recorded, as above, nothing survives for consideration.
The writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
