Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring action of the respondents in seeking to demolish petitioner’s building bearing D.No. 21-20-2, China Ravuru, Tenali, Guntur District or any portion thereof without following the due process of law as illegal, arbitrary etc, and grant such other just and consequential relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 21.04.2011, 28.04.2011 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.V.V.S.R.Subrahmanyam Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Govt. Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1 and of Sri S. Nageswara Reddy S.C. for respondent No. 2, the Court made the following:
