This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.74 of 2012 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada for offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor while furnishing a copy of charge sheet represented that police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet as there was no stay in the matter.
4. In view of the representation of the learned Public Prosecutor and completion of investigation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the lower court.
5. As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
