THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “Heard both sides.
The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.3 in Crime No.370 of 2013 of Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506, r/w 34 I.P.C and Section 56 of the A.P.Chit Funds Act. The petitioner seeks for grant of bail.
The allegation is that accused No.1, who is alleged to have been running chit fund business, defrauded the people and he has been released on bail.
It is represented that the other accused are also released on bail and the material part of the investigation has been completed. Therefore, the petitioner/A3 can also be released on bail.
In the result, the petition is allowed and the petitioner/A3 is enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the Special Mobile Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada.”
