Vijayalakshmi Paladugu, presented this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to proceedings in C.C. No. 235 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adoni by quashed;
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. Vijayalakshmi Paladugu, Advocate for the Petitioners, and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent No.1, while permitting the petitioners to take out notice to Respondent No.2 by RPAD and file proof of service, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2, herein returnable by 21-06-2011 to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted;
You viz:

are directed to show cause on or before 21-06-2011 to which date the case stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition (copy enclosed) this Criminal Petition should not be admitted.
And the Court while directing the Registry to post the matter on 21-06- 2011, further ordered that there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C. No. 235 of 2010 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adoni, until further orders so far as petitioners 2 and 3 only.”
