High Court Of Kerala|06 November, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. The petitioner, the Manager of A.M.U.P. School, Koorikuzhi, filed Exhibit P6 revision before the second respondent seeking condonation of delay in submitting the proposal for the approval of appointment of the sixth respondent as Upper Primary School Assistant in the school under his managership. Complaining of its non disposal, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
WPC 29244/14 2 In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without adverting to the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider Exhibit P6 revision of the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
