HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.4778 OF 2012 ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Cr.No.209 of 2012 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 2(a), 2(b) and 2(d) of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police filed charge sheet after completion of investigation on 6-2-2013 and the same is registered as M.C.C.No.801 of 2012 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vijayawada.
Since the police have filed charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
