ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 12.08.2013, in Writ Petition No.10057 of 2013.
At the hearing, the respondent is personally present.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area) has placed before the Court proceedings No.K/3867/2012, dated 16.04.2014, issued by the respondent, whereby he has revoked the proceedings initiated under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of the subject lands.
With the issue of revocation order, the respondent has complied with the above-mentioned order of this Court. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
