ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 4-3-2013.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the respondent has enquired into the claim of the petitioner and found that assignment was granted prior to the year 1954 and that therefore he is entitled to payment of compensation. He has further submitted that if reasonable time is allowed to the respondent, he will determine the compensation and make payment.
In view of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is closed with the direction to the respondent to determine the quantum of compensation and pay the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
