This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.1 has not passed order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in Revision Petition filed against order, dated 27.09.2014, in C.M.A.No.5 of 2010 on the file of respondent No.2.
At the hearing, Sri P.Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client will be satisfied if respondent No.1 disposes of the stay application filed in the Revision Petition expeditiously.
In view of this reasonable request, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1 to pass appropriate order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the Revision Petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.43269 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
