COMMON JUDGMENT:
These appeals and Cross-Objections arise out of common judgment and decree, dated 29.11.1999, in O.S.Nos.107 and 152 of 1992 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.
Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, has circulated letter, dated 05.08.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that his clients have informed him that they are not interested in pursing both the appeals.
At the hearing, Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, reiterated the said request and prayed for withdrawal of the appeals.
Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the cross-objectors, stated that the Cross-Objections may also be dismissed.
In view of the understanding reached between the learned counsel for the parties, both the appeals as well as the Cross-Objections (SR) are dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeals, interim order, dated 30.10.2000, in CMP.No.723 of 2000 is vacated and CMP.Nos.82, 83 and 723 of 2000 are dismissed as infructuous.
