In this writ petition, the petitioner challenged the proceedings dated 19.11.2009 notification under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as well as Section 6 declaration. The subject matter of the issue is acquisition of land of the petitioner for the purpose of summer water storage tank to supply drinking water to Tanuku Municipality.
Heard the counsels on either side.
Both the learned counsels represented that the subject matter is covered by the judgment dated 16.04.2014 in W.P.No.38476 of 2014 and batch.
For the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
