This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 23.12.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2110 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.136 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
In the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Appellate Court directing the petitioner/accused to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount awarded by the trial Court, is hereby set aside. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision, shall stand closed.
The criminal revision case is allowed accordingly.
