ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 25.02.2013 in I.A.No.520 of 2011 in O.P.No.2 of 2002 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur.
A perusal of the order under revision shows that for detailed reasons recorded therein, the lower Court has rejected the application of the petitioner for withdrawal of the amount lying in fixed deposit in Nationalized Bank towards the arrears of monthly maintenance.
At the hearing, it is not disputed that the petitioner is withdrawing monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month. It is also not disputed that she is under the care and custody of her mother who is holding the office of the Tahsildar and drawing high salary.
In these facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the lower Court.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.4025 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
