This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 10.07.2013 passed by the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal in IA No.375 of 2013 in IA No.1230 of 2011 in OS No.978 of 2011. The said I.A. was filed by the plaintiffs in the suit for grant of police aid/protection in implementing the order of temporary injunction granted in IA No.1230 of 2011.
2. It is now stated by Sri Ghanshyamadas Mandhani, learned counsel for the petitioners, that pursuant to the order under revision, the property was demolished and that the issue as to the grant of police aid no longer survives for consideration on merits. He however seeks leave to enable his clients to take suitable steps before the Court below, in view of the further developments.
3. Reserving liberty to the revision petitioners to do so, the civil revision petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this revision shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
