This Criminal Petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.162 of 2012 of Guntur Taluk Police Station for alleged offences under Sections 418, 420 and 506 I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
I have perused material papers filed along with quash petition.
Having considered the submissions of both sides and the material papers, I feel, without going into the merits of the case, this petition can be disposed of directing the police to proceed with investigation without arresting the petitioners in view of the earlier proceedings between the parties.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police to proceed with investigation and complete it as expeditiously as possible and in the meantime, not to arrest the petitioners till completion of investigation or filing of final report.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
