The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Achutha Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner is A-2. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 IPC.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that A1, who is the father of the petitioner allegedly committed the offences and that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offences. He submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences levelled against him. In view of the nature of the offences alleged and the defence that the petitioner has nothing to do with the offences alleged against him, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur, Kadapa District.”
