JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14875 of 2009 Between:
Kommari Jagan PETITIONER AND 1. Gowdavelly Gram Panchayat, Gowdavelly Village, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, rep. by its Secretary, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
