JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. Godiawala, learned Advocate for the applicant.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are certain defects and errors in the memo of petition and in the annexures to the petition. He, while regretting the errors and defects, submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw present petition so as to make necessary corrections and remove the errors and defects and also place on record the appropriate documents/annexures and for that purpose the petitioner may be granted liberty to file fresh petition after appropriate corrections are carried out.
3. The request as prayed for is granted. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage and if, subsequently, the petitioner considers it necessary or if it is so advised, the liberty to file a fresh petition for the same relief and directions which are prayed for in present petition is granted. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of as withdrawn.
