An affidavit of compliance has been filed today by the Investigating Officer, who is also present before the Court in person.
In the counter affidavit, it is stated that a charge sheet has already been submitted on 05.02.2019. Copy of the charge sheet has been enclosed.
In view of the above, if the petitioner has any grievance, she may move the Court of Magistrate concerned before whom the charge sheet has been presented.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
